Terms When Placing Order
By placing this order, I agree with the Terms of Sale & Return Policy, including:
- I cannot cancel or change an order containing in stock items and / or Manufacturer direct shipments.
- I must wait one full business day before requesting that Eudoma cancel an order for back-ordered items.
- If Eudoma cannot associate the card holder with the addresses, phone numbers, and / or e-mail addresses I supply, Eudoma will request additional information to verify the authenticity of my order. I may decline to provide any information without penalty, thereby cancelling my order.
- If pricing on my order is found to be incorrect, it will be cancelled. I will not be charged and no funds will be accepted or collected by Eudoma. I will be given the opportunity to reinstate my order at corrected pricing, but am under no obligation to do so.
- Submitting an order for out of stock items (i.e. pre-orders) does not guarantee or lock-in pricing. If pricing on any out of stock item changes when stock arrives, my order will be cancelled and I will not be charged. I will be given two business days to reinstate my order at current pricing.
- I understand that ETAs are not guaranteed arrival dates, and any out of stock items that I am pre-ordering can arrive, or be discontinued, at any time.
- I cannot return any item without an RMA number and the Original packaging. RMA numbers are issued online only, not by telephone.
- I understand that certain items have a more restrictive return policy. These restrictions (if any) are noted in the product description(s) above and supersede Eudoma’s standard return policy.
